Scope
This policy applies to the rethinka website, product-access requests, and research, ideas, monitors, position plans, and related features in your rethinka workspace. Third-party sites, data sources, and brokerage services follow their own policies.
Information we collect
We may process account and contact details, research content, settings, and feedback you provide; device, log, diagnostic, and security information generated through use; and data returned by third-party services you expressly connect. Where compliant payment providers process payments, we do not store full card numbers.
How we use information
We use information to provide and maintain the service, synchronize your workspace, generate requested analysis, secure accounts, diagnose issues, meet legal obligations, and—with permission—send product updates. Automated analysis supports decisions; it does not replace your investment judgment.
Sharing and disclosure
We share limited information with bound infrastructure, analytics, communications, or payment providers only when needed to deliver the service. We may also disclose information when legally required, to protect rights and safety, or in a corporate transaction. We do not sell or rent personal information.
Retention and security
We retain information only as long as needed for the stated purposes, our agreement, or law. We use measures such as access controls, encryption in transit, audit logs, and least privilege, but no system can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, export, or deletion of personal information and withdraw optional communications consent. Some records may remain for security, audit, or legal obligations.
International processing and children
Providers may process information outside your region using applicable transfer safeguards. rethinka is not directed to children below the digital-consent age where they live.
