Accepting these terms
By accessing or using rethinka, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you use the service for an organization, you confirm authority to bind it. If you disagree, do not use the service.
Eligibility and accounts
You must be old enough to form a contract and provide accurate account information. You are responsible for credentials, devices, and account activity and should promptly report unauthorized access.
Research tools, not investment advice
Quotes, charts, backtests, models, opinions, structure illustrations, and automated suggestions may be incomplete, delayed, or wrong. Past performance does not guarantee future results. You must independently verify information and accept responsibility for investment judgments, risks, and outcomes.
Trading and third parties
Unless a product explicitly says otherwise and you separately authorize it, rethinka does not execute real trades for you. Brokers, data vendors, linked sites, and other third-party services are governed by their own terms; we do not control their availability, accuracy, or conduct.
Acceptable use
You may not use the service unlawfully, bypass access controls, disrupt systems, distribute malicious code, scrape restricted data, impersonate others, or use the service to violate intellectual-property, privacy, or market rules. We may restrict activity that creates security or compliance risk.
Content and licenses
You retain rights in content you submit and grant us a limited license only as needed to operate, protect, and improve the service. rethinka software, design, marks, and product content are protected by law; no other rights are granted except as expressly stated.
Changes and termination
We may add, change, or discontinue features and suspend service for maintenance, security, legal, or business reasons. You may stop using the service at any time; we may restrict or terminate access for material violations.
Disclaimers and liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without express or implied warranties. We are not liable for market losses, lost profits, data loss, or indirect damages; liability that cannot be excluded is limited under applicable law.
